About
Strategic planning is a five hour online program that takes you through strategic and operational and project planning for your pre-accredited training offerings. Each module has an instructional video that takes 25–30 minutes to view plus there are workbooks to help you develop your own plans.
The program offers access to some of the essential knowledge described in Practice domain 5: Leading and managing of the Professional Practice and Recognition Framework.
